Camps at Houston – Rice Village
Based in one of the most diverse cities in the United States, Houston, TX, Crossing Borders offers language immersion camps for children ages 4 – 12 years old. Our camps are designed with an international concept and students from all countries and cultures are invited to join us for a once in a lifetime experience.
Crossing Borders camps provide a life-changing experience for campers of all ages. We have several camp options for children and teens. Students participate in immersion-style language learning that is challenging, engaging, and fun. Our camps foster the perfect opportunity to learn a language and create friendships that will last a lifetime.
Houston-Rice Village Location offers:
- Spanish Camp: Winter, Spring, Summer / Age groups: 4 – 6 years old and 7 – 12 years old
- English Camp: Winter, Spring, Summer / 4 – 6 years old.
- French Camp: Summer / 4-5 years old. (limited spaces available)
- Mandarin Camp: Summer / 4-5 years old – only offered during the month of July and part of August. (limited spaces available)
Our instructors are qualified, trained, and native speakers of the language they are teaching. Our professionally trained staff works hard to provide a fun, nurturing, and safe environment for all who choose to attend.
Friday Fundays
Students love our Friday Fundays! For our 7 yrs.+ campers, we offer several field trips every other Friday to local area attractions such as the Museum of Natural Science, the Zoo, Main Event, Ice Skating, and NASA. We also bring fun activities to the school for all kids to enjoy that may include snake exhibits, dance productions, and magic shows.
